Meet Miss Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is the owner, director, and choreographer of Kaitlyn De Ann Dance Company. She has 25 years of dance experience, 6 years of teaching experience, and over 10 years of choreographing.

As a certified educator, she holds two degrees in education and minored in dance performance and choreography.

She studied at Alfred State College and Alfred University, and competed and trained continuously at Dancin' on Edge starting at age 4. Kaitlyn continued her formal dance education at university after graduating.

She has traveled, trained, and performed in Corning, Buffalo, Rochester, New York City, Orlando, and surrounding areas. Kaitlyn is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, contemporary, musical theatre, pom, and acrobatics.

Kaitlyn has trained and worked with professionals at Disney World in Florida, Broadway in New York City, and with movement specialists and traveling artists. She has taught in university and studio settings and choreographed award-winning performances and over 50 unique dances.

When she is not dancing or teaching school, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her family.
