Private Instruction
Kaitlyn De Ann Dance offers private instruction and is not responsible for outside studio policies, clauses, conflicts of interest, or outside studio decisions.
Choreography Ownership
All choreography remains the property of Kaitlyn De Ann Dance unless full rights are purchased. Choreography may be used for competitions, recitals, and performances, but may not be presented as the buyer’s original choreography unless the full rights flat fee has been paid.
Injuries, Accidents & Items
Kaitlyn De Ann Dance is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or other problems that occur before, during, or after a session or purchase. Kaitlyn De Ann Dance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items or purchased content.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Kaitlyn De Ann Dance encourages growth for individuals and organizations while providing private, confidential instruction. Client information is maintained with respect for privacy.
Policy language should be reviewed by the business owner and legal advisor before being used as a binding legal agreement.
